As of the date of publishing, in South Creek subdivision, there are 8 Active listings, 4 pending sales, 2 closed sales, 1 withdrawn listing,
and 3 expired listings over the past 60 days. The FED just lowered interest rates by 25bps yesterday, so we’ll see if that sparks more buyer activity.
This is traditionally a slower time of year for home sales.
